OUTLET MALL IN THE WORKS IN LEAGUE CITY, TX
LEAGUE CITY (Galveston Daily News) - Just days after Simon Property Group announced its plans for a 350,000-sf outlet mall along I-45 and Holland Rd., Tanger Factory Outlet Centers has revealed plans for a 95-store outlet mall near I-45 and FM 646.
The 300,743-sf mall will be on 35 acres west of I-45 between the city's Big League Dreams sport complex and the Bay Colony shopping center. Currently, Sonrisa Development LLC owns the land Tanger has under contract.
